Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (ABN [ABN]), trading as Everstok. By ordering you confirm you've read our size guide, understand our delivery estimates, accept our Refund & Replacement Policy, and have provided accurate delivery details.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation, and the contract forms then. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if there's been a pricing or description error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through the providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.

Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screen colours vary and measurements are approximate. Our footwear is designed for comfort and support. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a diagnosed foot problem, speak with a podiatrist or your doctor.

Delivery, replacements and refunds

Our shipping policy and Refund & Replacement Policy form part of these terms. In summary: we don't accept physical returns. Wrong size within 14 days of delivery — keep the pair, and we send a replacement in your correct size for a flat AU$15 delivery fee. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items — keep the item, and we replace it free or refund you in full, at your choice and entirely at our cost. No refunds for change of mind.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees. Where we are permitted by law to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
