Warranty & ACL Rights
Warranty & Australian Consumer Law Rights
Your purchase is protected two ways: by our manufacturing warranty, and by the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law. The second cannot be reduced by anything on this page.
Manufacturing warranty — 30 days
Every Everstok product carries a 30-day manufacturing warranty from delivery, covering:
• Structural defects such as sole separation or a failed seam
• Material or workmanship faults
• Hardware failure — buckles, straps, fastenings
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you keep the faulty pair and we send a free replacement — no fee and no postage of any kind — or refund you in full. Your choice.
Not covered by the warranty
• Normal wear and tear, including footbed compression and outsole wear over time
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or use the product wasn't designed for
• Comfort or personal fit preference
• Ordering the wrong size
• Damage from washing machine or drying
Sizing isn't a warranty matter — it's covered by the 14-day keep-it replacement terms in our Refund & Replacement Policy, with a flat AU$15 delivery fee.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These operate independently of the warranty above and are not limited by the 30-day period.
Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for their stated purpose, and match their description. For a major failure you may choose a refund or a replacement, and you may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor failure we may choose to repair, replace or refund.
What counts as a reasonable period depends on the product, its price and how it was described — not on the timeframe we set. Remedies under these guarantees are always free of charge.
How to claim
Email info@everstok.com with your order number, clear photos or video of the issue, and a short description of when it appeared. We assess claims within [3–5] business days and confirm the outcome in writing. You will never be asked to post the product back.
For independent information about your consumer rights, visit accc.gov.au or your state or territory fair trading body.
