FREE shipping on every order within the USA. No minimum order and no hidden fees at checkout.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, US orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Duties & Taxes

For US orders, there are no customs duties for you to pay. Applicable state sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before it ships. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please email everstokfootwear@gmail.com and we will make it right.
