Most customers find our styles comfortable from the first wear, thanks to soft uppers and cushioned footbeds. As with any new shoe, we suggest wearing them around the house for a few hours first.

Our wide toe box styles have extra room and soft, flexible uppers across the forefoot. Our footwear is designed for comfort, not as a medical treatment, so please check with your podiatrist if you have a foot condition. Shop wide toe box styles.

Most styles come in EU sizes 35 to 43, and some sneaker styles go up to EU 46. Each product page shows the sizes available for that style, and our size chart lists foot length in inches and centimeters.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Shipping is free on every US order and you will receive a tracking link.

You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange your pair. Size exchanges on US orders ship free. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded in full.

Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and compare it with the size chart. If you are between sizes or have wider feet, choose the next size up.
